Our final Major of the year is here, Oktoberfest on October 11th and 12th. This is a partner event with 4 different formats. Saturday is a front 9 scramble and the back 9 is alternate shot. Sunday’s front 9 is best ball and the back 9 is aggregate. Both days are played from the tournament markers. The entry fee for the weekend fun is $165.00 per player that includes:

• Social/Pairings party on Thursday night on October 9th starting at 6pm. This will take place in the large banquet room at San Juan Hills golf course. For the tournament players there will be a free taco bar, raffle prizes and par mutual speculating on all the tournament teams.
• Saturday lunch tix and Sunday buffet after the round
• Pots for skins and Hole n One
• Tournament swag

Important-To mitigate the check-in process, a partner needs to come down Thursday night (10/9) and pay the full team entry fee. Hopefully both of you show you and enjoy the comradery for a couple of hours.

Lastly-You must be a Full Member for 6 months and have played in 3 Club tournaments within that time period! There are no exceptions, so don’t ask!!!

This is The Kinder, Gentler Monster tournament. This is a modified version of the original Monster. It will be a 2 man scramble event played from the BLUE tees and without the crazy pin positions from years past! There will be a minimum of 1 drive per player on each nine. Sign up as partners OR as an individual and the tournament committee will find you a partner.

If you need to cancel, please extend the courtesy to the Tournament Director and the Pro Shop and cancel in a timely manner. If you NEED to do so, please contact the Wednesday Tournament Director, Craig Fulmer at cstonegolf@msn.com or call the Pro Shop at 949-493-1167 x1. Failure to do so may result in your future tournament eligibility being suspended. We need to put a stop to the No Shows!
